Camera won’t turn on and reset button stuck

Hi, I’m having trouble setting up the Nanit Pro N301. The reset button seems to be stuck and does not press in properly. I also tried disconnecting the power and turning it back on, but the blue light still does not turn on. Could you please check if the camera is working properly?
