Nanit app reporting baby is sleeping when not in crib

Hello,

The Nanit app is saying that my baby is sleeping but she has not been in the crib for several hours. I've also made sure there were no objects in the crib that the camera might be mistaking for our baby. Please let me know how best to resolve!
