Audio Not Playing

My Nanit has been working fine for the duration of the time we've owned it, but suddenly, no audio is coming through either the app nor the browser live feed. I have reset the WiFi, power cycled both the Nanit and my phone, deleted and re-downloaded the app. Not sure what else to try…I'm going to have to sneak in
