Nanit insight plan renewed but does app keeps telling me I need to subscribe

I currently have an insights memories plan that I renewed yesterday (3/6/2026). Everything seemed fine but as of today (3/7/2026) the app keeps asking me to subscribe to view video history and other features. Apple indicates I have an active subscription untill 2027. Why has this desynced and how to a fix this?
