Temperature & Humidity not showing on App

I've had this camera and mount now for almost 3 years and the temperature & humidity readings have stopped working. They show up as “- -“. I’ve tried unplugging the camera from the stand countless times, unplugging the stand cord from the wall, making sure firmware is updated, uninstalling & reinstalling the app, etc. A handful of times the
