Help with Nanit temperature and humidity reading

I have the Nanit with the floorstand and the app no longer shows reading for temp or humidity. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. I have a travel stand and I have switched to that stand several times and only then does the temperature work. What should I do next?
