Memories Plan - no longer tracking essential activities

The app has stopped tracking wake up times and ‘fell asleep’ times despite paying for the Memories Plan. I am so disappointed in Nanit, it has gotten so much worse since we started using it in 2023…

I have 2 month old twins and will be switching to a different monitor due to constant issues with the Nanit app.
