Error with activation code followed by erroneous charging
Hi, wondering if anyone has encountered the same problem.
- When I purchased the nanit pro, it came with a 6 months sleep insights plan, which automatically activated when I set up the camera.
- The merchant also provided an activation code for a 1 year memories plan which we had been saving to use once the insights plan had expired.
- On my app, the insights plan was stated to expire yesterday, 13 Dec 25.
