Nanit app red alert and no video of event

Hi we just had a red alert and went back to check the footage and there was no footage saved in the app. This has been a common issue with our app not recording certain nights intermittently. There is no pattern to it some nights it records and shows activity and other nights it does not. This is extremely concerning
