Frequent disconnections, how can i stop this from happening?

I have two cameras. One i have had for almost 5 years now and another for 2.5. All of the sudden this week i keep getting disconnected. Check network connection or just loading. When i unplug and plug back in it usually works. Or i have to re pair my internet. All my other cameras are working that are non
