Sleep is processed as day sleep instead of night sleep

My baby woke up at 3:50 am, I took her out of her crib to nurse her and put her back a little after 4 am. Why is the sleep period after 4 am processed as day sleep? It also doesn't count towards the nightly visits. I would like to have it with the night sleep. Our bedtime is set
