Nanit suddenly stopped powering on,

my nanit pro has stopped working completely out of nowhere. Everything is plugged in, outlet works, wifi works. I even tried a different block and a different usb c cable. I’ve had the camera for 18 months so it is out of warranty. I have not moved the camera on the wall. Super disappointed. Has anyone contacted and gotten
