Camera powering up but non-responsive

hello, one of my 2 nanits is not connecting. Similar to the linked question. I connect it to power and it makes the click and I see the infrared lights come on but they turn off after a few seconds and it’s nonresponsive after that. I tried to reset the camera but the button on the bottom does not do
