Unable to get Nanit Pro to power on

My Nanit Pro, Wall Mount, will not power on with the wall cord provided. I have tested multiple known working outlets and the night light on top of the device will not turn on. I have reseated the Nanit a few times and no change. I took a spare USB-C cable and outlet and plugged it in and it came
