Temperature and humidity feature not working
Since we got the Nanit, the temp and humidity feature has not worked. We did trouble shoot as indicated but still does not work. We use the multi stand and it works fine. Our base seems to not work properly. I was told that if after following directions to try to fix the temp issue and it still doesn’t work,
