Nanit pro has totally died

We have a nanit pro and have used it since our son was born 18 months ago. Occasionally it stops streaming and we just turn it off and on or turn our Internet off and it's back. This time on Wednesday 6th at exactly midnight the camera went off. It has been completely dead ever since. As though no power
