Nanit no longer blocking background sound machine

I won the Nanit pro (with stand) plus the Nanit sound machine in an Instagram contest. When I first set it up the camera automatically blocked out being able to hear the sound machine. All of a sudden today I started being able to hear the sound machine on my camera pretty loudly. I’ve tried resetting the camera, unplugging it,
