No sound in Nanit app

ForFor a few weeks now, i've had no sound in the Nanit app. I can't hear when baby is talking or the background.From the sound machine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've unplugged the camera nothing seems to help. I saw other people had asked the same question and had answers, but for some reason, I can't
