Nanit pro reset button stuck

My Nanit pro reset button suddenly stuck and I’m unable to pair the camera. This has happened right before I’m about to leave for my vacation. From the community, it looks like it’s a known issue and I have emailed the help. How long it’ll take for the new device to reach me ?
