Nanit Milestones Insight not showing up!

Hi I purchased the Insights plan as part of the black friday deal and it isn't showing up in my account. I have the memories plan, I tried canceling that in my apple subscriptions as someone else on here recommended but that isn't working. I was given an activation code with nowhere to put the code!
