Changing Child Birthday

I will be having a second child and no longer will be using Nanit for older toddler, can I just change the child’s profile to new baby’s name and change the birthday to keep all my older child’s memories on the profile? I don’t want to lose all his memories even though he doesn’t need Nanit anymore!
