What happens when Insights plan expires?

I'm already pretty upset because we purchased our Nanit earlier this year when the monitor came with a 1- year subscription but we didn't set it up until a few weeks ago and now the subscription is 6 months.

Looking through the app, the Sleep plan seems so bare-bones. Only 2 days of sleep analysis and video clips. When the 6 month trial expires and you don't upgrade, what gets taken away? It already feels like the trial offers so little.
