Multiple issues

iPad app won’t login and says “Request timed out”. I’m able to login on my iPhone, but the Activity screen says “Something went wrong. Try again later.”

I have an incredibly stable home internet connection, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app on both devices, and I’ve power cycled the Nanit Pro multiple times.

I paid way too much money for this camera and the annual service to get issues like this.
