Red Alert

We had 3 red alerts last night on our 3 month old. All 3 times he was asleep and breathing. This is a very scary anxious feeling when you are asleep and the sound goes off. We got to his crib quickly all 3 times. We are thinking these were false alarms, but we are not sure where to go
