False Red Alert

After using the breathing wear for 6 months without issue, we had our first false red alert tonight. We no longer have Insights so we can’t view the video to see what caused it. It is insane to me that viewing FALSE RED ALERT footage requires you to pay for Insights. All parents should be able to see that. Please
