Issue with Camera

I own the Nanit Pro Camera with flex stand. We recently bought the travel stand to use when we go out of town but when we connect the camera head to it, it won’t turn on. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting options your website recommends and we’ve even tried different plugs in the house. Not sure how to move forward
