You also have the option to open a ticket with the Nanit Support Team by completing the contact us form, emailing to help@nanit.com or dialing 1-866-696-2648. The support team is available from 11 AM-6 PM EST on weekdays (Monday to Friday - excluding holidays).
Filter out white noise from app
It would be very helpful if Nanit could mute or at least filter out some of the white noise that comes through the camera app so that parents can hear baby noises more clearly. This would be a useful feature with any white noise sound machine, including the Nanit Sound machine.
