Latest Update Caused Issues
I was prompted to update Camera firmware (to version 6.35.577) on my iOS device app version 3.18.1(767) and a couple things happened:
First—the audio disappeared from Live View (for both me and my partner's phone) even though all audio options toggled on. I deleted App, Reinstalled it, Power Cycle to reset camera — which finally worked and brought audio back.
