False or real red alert?

We had a red alert alarm go off at 5am after 1 week with our 3month old in his crib. I ran as fast as I could and thankfully everything was okay. Was there something that could have triggered this outside of not breathing? In looking at the video, it looks like the band was on correctly and had not
