You also have the option to open a ticket with the Nanit Support Team by completing the contact us form, emailing to help@nanit.com or dialing 1-866-696-2648. The support team is available from 11 AM-6 PM EST on weekdays (Monday to Friday - excluding holidays).
We have a couple issues with our camera that won't seem to go away
- Our camera in the app has this terrible popping/clicking sound that won't go away. Any time our baby makes a sound it followed by repetitive clicking/popping sounds
- It sometimes take 3 tries to get the camera to load (audio is fine) but will take forever for the video come up
- No clips can be generated ever
These are new - the camera worked without any issues for months
