Sounds machine network connectivity

Hi, I took delivery of the sound and light machine a few days ago and all was working fine. The machine now won’t work.

The issue seems to be that it it is unable to connect to our Nanit local network when I attempt to pair.I have attempted both the soft and factory reset but cannot progress further than the QR scanning. Once the QR code is scanned I receive a message on screen saying unable to connect to the network Nanit…(photos attached).
