Since the firmware update we haven’t been getting any notifications from the Nanit (sound motion etc)
no sound or motion is being recorded in the “activity” section of the app either.
@Mcohen Our developers have identified and resolved the issue where sound and motion notifications were not displaying for a small percentage of users. If you are still experiencing the issue, I recommend power cycling the Nanit camera.
How do you “power cycle” it? I’m having the same problem so I unplugged and plugged it back in and it’s still not working. When I go to “settings” to check on everything it says I’m not connected to the network and to check with the “owner”… I AM the owner and it was all working fine 24-36 hours ago…
