Sleep is not tracking.

hello,

As of the last week our Nanit is not picking up on my son’s sleep. I just put him in for a nap and it’s stating that he has not been in bed for the last 23 hours. Please advise on how I can fix this issue. I have already checked the crib position and motion area with no success.
