Nanit insights not working

We’ve been using Nanit for the past few months now and insights has never worked for us. The camera just says “Good Morning/Evening Dad”. Dashboard never shows any stats. Have power cycled and hard reset the camera multiple times. We have even upgraded from Sleep to Memories in hopes that would fix the issue. It’s been a total waste of
