Issues with Sound after Firmware Update

I just updated the firmware on the Nanit camera and now the speaker is no longer working. There’s no sound for the music and also no sound when I use the microphone. I've already done a hard reset and trying unplugging the camera, it did not fix the issue. I bought the camera over a year ago so I'm outside of warranty!
