Keeps disconnecting

In the past few days, my camera keeps disconnecting. I put my baby down for a nap or bed then open up e app on my phone or iPad and it states, “trying to reconnect your camera.” I then have to go back in and play with it to get it back working (unplug, restart, etc) and it eventually works.
