White noise volume

Hi the white noise volume dropped and is too quiet on my sons nanit. It was totally fine but then that started a few months ago. I have 2 other Nanit cameras and the other one is at least double the volume. I've power cycled, reinstalled the app, and using other devices makes. Please help, thank you.
