Hello, I have the nanit pro and we set it up today and on the app it says I have the basic plan, but when I log in not through the app it says I have the insights sleep annual plan.
Can someone please explain to me what the difference is or if it’s the same thing ?
Also it says my next billing date is in December, but I thought you get a free year ?
