Floor Stand not working/getting power. Nanit works on Travel stand

I have the same exact problem with my nanit pro. It was working like a charm and then we disassembled the stand and camera to move to another location. The equipment was stored by itself safely in a box that was transported in our personal car with nothing touching it. Once at the new location, the camera no longer powers
