Regarding Nanit Insight
I recently purchased a Nanit Pro Flex camera and had the understanding that the Nanit Insight subscription was complimentary for one year. However, upon reviewing my billing, I noticed that charges are set to commence from October 21st 2024.
Additionally, I intended to activate the Nanit Insight near my baby's due date. However, upon plugging in the device, I observed that the Nanit Insight Sleep Plan had already begun automatically, resulting in the loss of time for Sleep Insight tracking.
