Connection issues while using breathing band

Hello All!

I have had our Nanit Camera for about a month. Tonight, it started having connection issues while attempting to use the breathing monitoring. It is stuck on 1 of 3. I have reset our WiFi/router/modem. I have also unplugged the camera and detached the camera for about 5 minutes each.. not having any luck
