WiFi Button Stuck. Unable to connect.

Our Nanit has been working fine but a couple days ago, the WiFi button just got stuck and it hasn’t been able to connect to our network. I’ve tried different wall mounts and multi stands also.
A quick internet search shows that this is apparently a known issue.
Can we try to resolve as soon as possible at we are unable to keep an eye on our little one without this!
