Flexstand and naps

Hi there - wondering if this happened with anyone else - we use our nanit when our baby is at a "nanny share" and it's ALWAYS on the flex stand which means it does NOT capture naps. However on April 1st, it caught his naps all day. How do we make this happen permanently? The next day it went back
