Nanit live stream not working

We just purchased the Nanit pro and after setting it up we have no live stream. It gives us notifications of movements and sounds but upon opening the app the live stream does not work and keeps spinning to load. We have reset multiple times and reinstalled the app as well as checked out internet connections. Everything seems to be
