Losing Audio in App

I have an iPhone and a few days ago my nanit app started losing audio when the app was minimized and I went into another app. 

I could always switch to a different app and hear the nanit monitor still on in the background, but now it isnt working and there is now no audio unless I am on the live feed constantly- so I can’t use other functions of my phone.
