One year free subscription

I have installed and setup the camera and app today, it is not showing the free one year insights that was promised… Some limited version of insights may have been activated upon setup, but the next billing date shows as September 2024, which only offers 6months?? I will need access to breathing monitoring. I would really appreciate your assistance in
