Nanit audio cuts out even when app is open

After several months of having to leave my app open to get background audio (and keep the phone open all night), today my audio is not staying on even with the app open. Both audio types only work when initially opening the app and cut out 5-10 seconds after. It only works again if I close and reopen the app,
