Background sounds not working

The white noise function, and other sounds aren't working anymore, but they were all working just fine until this afternoon before my little ones nap. I've rebooted it, reconnected it several times and nothing is working. Getting her down for bed tonight was a struggle because she's used to the nanit white noise. How can this be fixed? I've
