Bluetooth button problem during a trip

hello!

I’m very sad to see this happening during a family trip! We aren’t able to setup our baby monitor Nanit Pro to watch our baby yesterday!
We are away from home and I’m very disappointed with this news in the first day of my vacation.

The bluetooth button is not working and we tried everything to bring the button up to be able to turn on the camera but we failed.
