Phantom visit

This is my 2nd night using the Nanit and it’s causing me more stress and anxiety than helping. It says my LO was “helped to sleep” at 8pm. He had been in bed for an hour and the video didn’t even show him moving. Then at 12am it said he was taken out of bed asleep. He was not.
